If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds after an inspection by our team. However, please note that we follow a No Return, Refund Only policy due to the nature of our business.

Returns and refunds are only considered in cases of a damaged or incorrect product.

💵 Refund Eligibility You may be eligible for a refund if:

Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item is returned in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

The item is not on the non-refundable/excluded items list (see below).

The item was not custom-stitched or altered to your specifications.

🧾 Refund Process Request Approval: Email us at elysiumattire2024@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipment: Once approved, return the item using a trackable courier within 5 days of approval.

Item Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.

Refund Initiation: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a flat return fee may be deducted.

⚠️ Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a wrong or damaged item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

🌍 International Refunds Refunds will be processed in your original currency.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Notes We ship using reliable standard shipping partners: FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, and DPD, etc.. In the event of damage, defect, or product mismatch, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
