Returns and refunds are only considered in cases of a damaged or incorrect product.

Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item is returned in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The item is not on the non-refundable/excluded items list (see below).
The item was not custom-stitched or altered to your specifications.

š§¾ Refund Process Request Approval: Email us at elysiumattire2024@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipment: Once approved, return the item using a trackable courier within 5 days of approval.
Item Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
Refund Initiation: Approved refunds will be processed within 5ā7 business days to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a flat return fee may be deducted.
