If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds after an inspection by our team. However, please note that we follow a No Return, Refund Only policy due to the nature of our business.

Returns and refunds are only considered in cases of a damaged or incorrect product.
💵 Refund Eligibility You may be eligible for a refund if:
Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item is returned in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The item is not on the non-refundable/excluded items list (see below).
The item was not custom-stitched or altered to your specifications.

🧾 Refund Process Request Approval: Email us at elysiumattire2024@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipment: Once approved, return the item using a trackable courier within 5 days of approval.
Item Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
Refund Initiation: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a flat return fee may be deducted.
⚠️ Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a wrong or damaged item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
🌍 International Refunds Refunds will be processed in your original currency.
Exchange rates or bank charges may apply depending on your payment provider. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.🚚 Shipping & Delivery Notes We ship using reliable standard shipping partners: FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, and DPD, etc.. In the event of damage, defect, or product mismatch, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
